My son has been going for a few years now and has come on leaps and bounds having now completed his quota of skills bouts. The coaches have a great camaraderie with the boxers and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere which results in the effort the kids are willing to put in to learn and improve. It’s great for their health and mental wellbeing and shows anyone can improve no matter your fitness levels or goals when you start.
